Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

Almost full suite, RCM & RMK, EC, Time Off, Learning, Performance, Talent, and ECP payroll limited scope.
  • Scope of the product.
  • Connections between modules - except Learning.
  • TIme Mgt.
  • Better options in RCM to support hybrid & remote working.
  • Better in-built reporting - not creating duplicate rows as much, more accessible to configure reporting.
  • Better options for deskless workers - those that do not have company devices.
  • Automation of workflows.
  • Sometimes managing the workflow takes up more admin - need better ways to notify admins.
It depends a lot on the product.
Relatively easy - but we still ended up with some customization.... and didn't fully understand the impact of certain decisions until much later.

Sometimes, feedback is not taken into account, and ways to manage changes are limited. Certain features we would expect to exist - mobile phone number data entry with country code validation, etc. - do not exist and are not on any roadmap. If you buy partner products through SF as a customer, you get stuck in the middle regarding support and queries.
