Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

we have just rolled out to 2 out of 32 countries in emea, for core hr modules excluding comp. the business problems i see are due to design config rather than the product itself

in each company i have worked with SAP SuccessFactors there have been integration issues both in and out of sf often the fail logs generated by sf are not helpful
we had an implementation partner that were not so helpful especially when transitioning to bau, however direct sap consuyltants are very helpful.

good for position management and live audit trails, comp manager is very easy for wider business to streamline. the ease of workflows and delegations is also good.

onboarding module can be challenging, as well as some basic customization like defaulting the setting of toggle buttons which are not possible according to sap kba.
