It is very critical for any logistics and supply chain operations to manage the procurement and in transit movement of goods in real time and keeping update of it to every concern department. SAP S/4HANA Cloud ensure that we are getting data insights and real time updates.

I believe it can make process easy but it takes times to learn
It is slightly costly as compared to the ERP tools
The portal integration require experts which should have been designed in a way that any layman can complete the integration process.

Usability

I firmly believe that it is one of the best tools in data management and user suitability.
Certainly, there are areas of imrovement however overall functionality and quick response ability made it a fantastic tool for users as well as the enterprises.
I don't see any reason why organization shouldn't use it.

Speaking of the usefulness of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, it used to be a tedious job for us a team to get the material on time for manufacturing of devices and it used to take weeks to get the updates on requirements but now it has becomes super easy I know the real time updates of my requirements and can follow up on it.

I don't see any area where it is not useful.
