Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
I use it primarily for expense management and tracking, the main business problem is the need for an effective and efficient expense management system I use it for capturing and categorizing expenses, linking them to projects and clients The travel booking component, while available, is a supplementary feature in my case so I can not conveniently evaluate it.
- Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for Receipt Processing
- Expense Categorization
- Mobile Capabilities
- The overall process of linking expenses to projects and clients is a bit convoluted and could use some streamlining
- The expense management workflows, could be further streamlined and simplified
- When using the software on a computer there are too many options and fields, which can lead to confusion
- The user interface may not be very nice
- Time savings through automation
- Increased transparency and control over spending
- Reduced errors and improved accuracy
