My team and I use SAP analytics cloud to analyze bulk of CRM data, create segmentation and automated workflows for decision making. With Cloud Analytics, we can generate insights from sales data at a daily, monthly and even quarterly cadence. We can even create the mandates for sales team basis their performance throughout the funnel basis their lead data.

The single most important factor is the use-from-anywhere aspect since it can be accessed on the mobile. This allows us to send multiple cuts of data to sales team on the fly. Since the data is real time and automated basis a workflow, we can ensure that the sales team is always acting on the most recent data.
