I use Salesmate to
- Receive leads via forms created in Salesmate CRM
- When leads are received, a DEAL is created at the beginning stage
- I receive notifications from CRM, and I contact customers for clarification of needs
- I use its scheduling feature to schedule measurements for the cabinet business
- With the texting feature, I can send customers pictures of samples and layouts
- Customers are notified of the progress of their project each time the deal enters a new stage in the project/production pipeline

Salesmate is head and shoulders above these other systems when you weigh the price to features. Salesmate is simple to navigate and is packed with useful everyday features; all included at the same price. The standard features in Salesmate are additional or nonexistent features in other CRMs. In Insightly, for example, when you add telephony and texting, you will more than likely be close to $100 per user. These features are standard in Salesmate. In addition, Salesmate has an email client INSIDE the CRM, a feature not available in Insightly or Zoho.
