Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use the product every day to handle our AR and reporting. We use it to categorize spending as well plan and manage budgets. It integrates very well with Bill.com which is a big time saver with data entry. It is also great to track YTD spending and compare with budgets.

My company doesn't use these features to there fullest and I believe that if we had a better line of communication to sage that we could implement these and I believe that these would work flawlessly. We rely heavily on journal entries but could save a lot of time by implementing these systems.

QuickBooks was much easier to use and had better support but Intacct is much more powerful and can handle much larger companies. Intacct does very well at managing different locations across different states which was a real problem for QuickBooks Online. Once I got over the challenges of navigating it, my experience has improved greatly.
