Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
Help desk and Chat box. I highly recommend the Help Desk but I found the Chat box to be pretty useless
I use RUN Powered by ADP® for my payroll for seven companies. Every employee gets paid twice a month and each employee has unique deductions across two states. The nice thing is that RUN Powered by ADP® allows me to address all these needs in one place. This allows me efficiency and expediency. And after a year I have had only one problem and that was my fault.
- They have fail safe questions to make sure you aren't making mistakes
- They have a report generator that enables me to tailor the payroll reports for easy processing into my accounting files
- They enable me to pay bonuses without elaborate spreadsheets.
- The only item that they can improve is notification ability whenever they debit or credit my bank accounts
- Less payroll errors and therefore happier employees who are becoming more trusting of their pay checks (not worrying about double checking all the figures like we used to have to).
We like the access and the ability to access the information the day before payroll so that we can budget our upcoming expenses.
We use to use Payroll Matters but it was a husband and wife team and, in my experience, they were starting to make too many mistakes and causing me to spend too much time checking up on them and unhappy employees. With the switch, I have editing power and the ability to control payroll at the tip of my fingers which has resulted in happier employees
