Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We use Rippling as an all encompassing platform for benefits and human resources / people and culture. Prior to using Rippling there were many different systems needed for an employee to manage benefits. Having everything in one place on a user friendly platform makes everyone's lives easier. From a managers perspective it has made employee management and tracking a more streamline process.

- Easy to access from computer or smart phone
- Consolidates all aspects of HR and benefits into one streamline system
- Can't think of anything that is missing.
- Creates streamline efficiencies allowing managers and HR to focus on people as opposed to processes.
Rippling is a much more streamline product and has far greater functionality.
