Revel is our point of sale system and is our prime tool for connecting with our customers.
- Quick checkout for customers
- Customer data information
- Great reporting
- More flexible use of discounts and coupons
- More personal dedicated customer service which they went away from and went to general support even though we still pay for elevated customer service access.
- Updates do not always function properly
- It has been able to help move customers more quickly through checkout
- We are able to advertise on the customer facing ipads and also provide the customers and interactive experience with same.
- Use of ipads is efficient and also very easy to train new staff.
