Overall Satisfaction with Recruiterbox
We use Recruiterbox as our primary ATS. With Recruiterbox, we are able to get the candidate pool we need to make quality hires for our company. We are also able to track important details about the hiring process as well as receive data for our business on time to hire, how many candidates hired per year, etc.

Recruiterbox has a much nicer layout than ApplicantPro and is overall a more userfriendly product. However, Recruiterbox does not have a lot of the features that are popular among other ATS's that you see in ApplicantPro and Greenhouse (text-recruiting, background check integration, video interviewing, etc.). Greenhouse has far more features than Recruiterbox, however the pricing of Recruiterbox is hard to beat.

We were working with Recruiterbox on our Account Renewal and, even though we were not renewing our account, the customer service team was so quick to have all of our data and information ready and was available for any questions or needs we had during the transition. That really impressed me that they were giving 110% even though were no longer able to continue with a subscription to their system.
