Overall Satisfaction with Pipeliner CRM
Pipeliner is our primary CRM for our sales and client success team. We moved from Salesforce.com to Pipeliner as a cost savings as well as looking for a tool that had a more progressive feature set. Of specific interest to us was the visual user interface of the opportunity pipeline and the social media integrations.
- LinkedIn and other social integrations are great. It is easy to link directly from the CRM to the social channel.
- The pipeline opportunity view, ability to build custom reports using any filter setting.
- The Pipeliner team from the CEO, to support, to marketing has been fantastic to deal with. They care about the success of their customers.
- Our integration from Salesforce.com was a little challenging and we experienced some slow speeds, but much of that was due to the large number of records we were bringing in. In addition, we did not hire Pipeliner support to help us. We did it on our own. Those issues have all been resolved.

Pipeliner's visual user interface is a favorite of our sales team. I love the LinkedIn integration. It makes searching and linking in with prospects and customers easy. I also really enjoy how it pulls the pictures. This is especially handy when meeting with someone that you've never met. In addition, we appreciate the intimate size of the company and the personalized attention we receive.
