Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
Paycor has been our payroll processor and employee hub for onboarding, employee data storage, and access to paystubs or other documents.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - It's hard to quantify the amount of time saved for our team as we are pretty small. In the day-to-day functionality of Payroll and onboarding, we are saving time in that employees can onboard themselves and do all of the paperwork on Paycor instead of on paper with our office. However, the time saved is completely negated by the amount of time we are waiting for resolutions to issues when we need assistance or something isn't working as intended.
Paycor is better in literally every aspect except customer service from my experience.
