Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
It is being used by the Sales Development team to optimize our sales process. We use it to reach more prospects and create timely email and call sequences that allow you to target prospects at the best times. It shows you who is interacting with your emails, opening and clicking links as well.

- Will increase your daily outreach.
- Optimizing when to reach new prospects.
- Sometimes you get logged out for no reason.
- Limited customization, especially with emails.
- Outreach everywhere has many issues.
- The Sales team hit its stretch goal for 2020.
- I personally hit my stretch sales goal for 2020.
In terms of email tracking and click tracking, I believe Outreach is stronger than Cirrus Insight. It offers much more beyond that as well.
