- Supports users with business functions.
- Powerful and is able to process transactions effectively.
- Allows for automated processes.

- Expense OCR needs to be improved - The accuracy rate of scanning expenses isn't 100%.
- Helped with business processes.
- Automated entries have helped with quicker period closes.
We went with Oracle because it is easy to manage and support and gives us timely updates and options for upgrades.
