I am not aware of a premium support program or product. We have just a normal support agreement with their service and we have always been helped when needed in a timely fashion. We use the Chat Feature a lot so we can multitask and it's been great. I save the support "log" for future reference and can sometimes fix an issue myself if it's a settings issue, etc.
Can not isolate it to just one time. I have received exceptional support on most of the support issues I have reported and needed assistance with. I have not received a bad tech support technician or employee to date. I have worked with Tech Support, Billing Dept and Sales and all employees have been friendly, knowledgeable and great thus far.

Yes - They have Nextiva One which is an app that can be used to call and or receive an incoming phone call. The app also has other features like chat etc. We use it sometimes but its there when needed. They have been adding and enhancing it recently and it continues to get better with each update.
