Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use monday.com to manage our sales pipeline, marketing initiatives, and our to-do lists. As a piece of software it has simplified our sales management, as we were finding Salesforce too complicated for our needs. All incoming enquires are now visible to the team, with clear actions for everyone. We also use monday.com as a CRM, and to keep track of sales targets. The marketing team and sales team are now much more in sync, and our business feels that much more joined up.
- Use of colour! As a design company we are very visual people.
- The app is very good.
- The ability to integrate with other applications.
- For project management I think it possibly has a way to go to catch up with streamtime.
- It's had a positive ROI because we have been able to ditch Salesforce which was much more expensive.
monday.com is very reliable and works as designed, it's a good experience using it.

I still prefer to do everything on Google, mainly because that is what our clients use, but also the project timelines on Monday are a bit too simplistic for my needs.
Using monday.com
11 - Project management, marketing, creative directors, accounts, operations, studio bookings
2 - This is a loose term, we have a couple of employees that know Monday fairly well. But no experts.
- Job pipeline
- Leads and accounts
- Freelancer database
- Not sure we've been that innovative!
- We will always be interested in project management, but we do have a great existing tool in Streamtime...
Evaluating monday.com and Competitors
Yes - Salesforce. Salesforce was super expensive and very ugly.

The team agreed that it was the best solution.

Relationship with monday.com
Number of users, length of term. I think they included a user for free as we were 1 over the limit
