Overall Satisfaction with Mautic Marketing Automation
We used Mautic to create a marketing automation pipeline. Inbound marketing was a staple of our marketing and sales process, so finding a reliable solution at a reasonable cost was important to us. We used Mautic to set up inbound marketing assets (whitepapers, guides, etc.) and trigger a follow-up campaign once a prospect downloaded the asset. We also integrated Mautic with our product demo to capture and nurture leads at that stage of the buyer's journey.

Mautic's competitive advantage is cost. Other solutions can be prohibitively expensive, and some other marketing automation solutions I had used required costly up-front investment for onboarding. I chose Mautic because I had grown weary of the aggressive sales tactics and unreasonable pricing of competitors' offerings for small businesses and agencies.
