Overall Satisfaction with Kaspersky Endpoint Security
Kaspersky Endpoint Security was being used by our entire organization, from the receptionist and support staff all the way up to the managing partners. Because we dealt with highly sensitive information and most of our communication was done through email, security was of the highest importance. They chose Kaspersky for this purpose, to protect the entire firm from various phishing attempts (and it was successful). It was also very easy for all of the staff to use which gave everyone an even better piece of mind. And the fact we could set it up so that it would stay updated as long as the user restarted their computer was a perfect touch.
- Ease of use, from those with little computer skills to those with a masters in Computer Science.
- Runs in the background without using lots of resources.
- No annoying pop ups.
- Does the job effectively and provides a great piece of mind.
- Accessing and understanding additional details of the program are difficult.
- Lots of features unexplained that would be useful to understand.
- We had issues with the program freezing when the user had not updated in weeks.
- Protected our confidential and highly sensitive information.
- Provided great piece of mind when the firm was infected with Bitlocker.
- Frustrating to understand additional features of the product.
- Avast and Avira
I tried both Avast and Avira and the annoying pop ups to upgrade and being locked behind a paywall made buying Kaspersky a no brainer, especially when I have seen it first hand protect our data. The interface for all 3 was lacking in some sort of way but the Kaspersky UI was theb est out of all of them.
