Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using JotForm as a tool for Clubhouse RSVPs and Acknowledgement of rules and regulations. We needed a solution to be able to easily provide a digital solution for our homeowners to be able to submit documents.

Ease of use in posting on websites
Abilty to digitally sign
Completed documents can be sent as a PDF to any email box for easy upload

I would like to see JotForm be able to be shared directly to a FB page

Allowed us to streamline our time spent (as volunteers) and eliminate paper

When we were looking for an online solution for renters to acknowledge our rules for both clubhouse rentals and for using the pool facilities, JotForm met all of our goals.

When our homeowners rent our clubhouse, they use an online platform to reserve the date on a scheduling calendar. Once they submit the reservation for the day, we embedded the link to JotForm into the thank you email. When the homeowner fills out the contract it is then sent to the clubhouse manager for processing.
