I use Intercom for client communications, sending emails, pop ups or low-touch learning journeys with tours and checklists.

Because compared to other tools, Intercom's usability is very easy, despite being a very complete platform with many features.
Intercom is integrated with the saas platform where I work and is very important for segmentation and monitoring.
It has more tools, is more complete and has a more visual interface.
