Overall Satisfaction with Intellum
As a franchise organization, we currently use two different instances of Intellum. One instance for all of our employees, and the other instance for our franchisees and their teams.
- Intuitive user and admin experience.
- Variety of customization options.
- In-platform content authoring.
- Client/Customer support.
- Missing or needs more AI/Machine Learning.
- Difficult to consolidate ongoing training with ad-hoc/annual renewals without duplicating content (i.e. new hire vs. annual compliance training).
- No measurable impact at this time, but that is due to turnover in our own organization.
More customizable interface and in-platform content authoring.
Consistently feel our client/customer contact is always available to support and offer solutions. They are very responsive. Additionally, the customer help desk/support team also responds quickly, thoroughly and is very friendly.
