Overall Satisfaction with IBM watsonx Assistant
I think the IBM watsonx Assistant has increased our platform's usability, customer engagement and my own time management. As I can now easily create my own chatbot without any programming experience and deploy it in our website. And to be true it works better if you have some kind of programming experience but if you don't, you can still use it but with some limitation. Also it can automatically detect frequently asked questions by our customers, in almost every language and automatically reply to that question when asked the next time.

- Supports multiple platforms so we can reach more customers easily.
- Need to rename downloaded files as they are often not intuitive enough.
- Exporting multiple chats is time consuming.
- Most of the time no manual assistance is required and customers get their answer from the chatbot.
- Can run all day long to better service our customers around the world.
- Supports multiple language so there is no language barrier.
In some cases, the AI is really helpful like when a customer asks some general question or any of the frequently asked question. But when a more specific question is asked, manual assistance is needed.
