Overall Satisfaction with Guru

I use Guru daily to check workflows, get policy and workflow updates, and stay in the loop when critical updates and other relevant information come in. I work in Customer Support, and Guru is our source of daily information, updates, and project knowledge library. Perfect for the team to stay up to date.

Pros

  • Simplified navigation with the use of keywords, making it quite easy to find an article.
  • Reading notices when a Guru is updated, and the new parts highlighted makes it much easier when we must always be up to date.
  • Provides an organized view of policies and workflows.

Cons

  • The "My Library" session could be simplified. Whenever we access it, instead of going to "Following" Gurus, it can directly open the folders I created and save my favorite Gurus.
  • When keywords are not organized, it can be a little tricky to find a card if there are many similar articles.
  • When there are many updates on the same card, they are stacked at the top of the page, making it difficult to view the card.
  • Guru allows us to keep the team updated dynamically, monitoring the teams' completion percentage.
Guru is straightforward to navigate, and the functions and features that the tool provides are of great value to the project and our teams. It is a way to keep knowledge centralized and update it easily, quickly, and dynamically. Some features, such as highlighting updates in a Guru card, sending "I read" notices, and easy editing and organizing information, make it an excellent tool for daily use.

I believe that Guru makes it much easier to roll out content when we need to be up to date. It is very intuitive and helps a lot in building a company/project's content library. It has some small flaws, mostly for me are in the visual area that could be simplified, like the "My Library" session, but overall it does very well.
