Our organization has systems and services that require remote access. Go to Resolve allows us to connect seamlessly with those devices.

Navigation in the system has been extremely user friend in all aspects.
We are a school district, and our technology department covers 31 schools, three district office locations, a transportation hub, and a maintenance shop. This product allows us to toughen devices as necessary. In addition to devices in the remote access groups, the ability to easily invite other devices to allow for access also helps to streamline efforts when a physical visit is not warranted.

We are in a school district about 91 square miles from end to end. It is not always convenient to go to a machine. This product allows us to troubleshoot and view devices from our office space.
