- Issues in sending and receiving attachments
- Clunky when talking to multiple people in an email thread, as a ticket has a single contact as the main 'TO'
- Much better than using an email system. Sharing access to emails among a group is so helpful.
It's helped customers understand that a team is there to support them rather than one person. It gives the customer the reassurance that there's always someone around to address their query.
Freshdesk is much more cost effective than competitors.
