Overall Satisfaction with Emma
The marketing department needed an email marketing system that simplified automation - that led us to Emma. Emma is a simplified version of the most complex marketing automation software. We use Emma to trigger targeted messages to our database as well as easily segment our lists. A prior problem we experienced was difficulty segmenting lists, but Emma offers intuitive segmentation that keeps us organized

Compared to Act-On, Emma is miles above regarding the ease of use and simplification of complex features. Drip campaigns really are a breeze with Emma's intuitive data. You will experience WYSIWYG glitches due to the nature of the program but Emma offers better templates to avoid having to build from complete scratch.

Evaluating Emma and Competitors
Yes - Emma replaced iContact. iContact had numerous flaws for us. For starters, iContact had major issues connected to our Salesforce account. While we got that fixed, that wasn't our first interaction with support. The templates were a nightmare and simple formatting issues made creating an email that would normally take 15 mins into an hour plus long process.
- Product Features
- Product Usability
The most important feature is usability. If you cannot use a product, then honestly what is the point of having it? Emma makes email management, creation automation, and other aspects easy. Emma is very intuitive and helps to sort out strategic direction. Emma's user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate and find what you're looking for without having to look up how.
I don't think we would change our process at all. We thoroughly examined numerous email marketing systems and did a bunch of trial runs. For the price, Emma packs in all the "wow" features into a neat package that makes email marketing super easy. Emma also has great tutorials which helps sort out any questions you have.
