Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign
As a solo practitioner, I wanted to go from a home-grown, unsecured contract process to something more professional and secure. I use Dropbox Sign for onboarding all clients, with two primary purposes: to walk them through the process we will be engaging in (managing expectations) and securely take their payment information.
- It is easy to send out contracts with Dropbox Sign
- I like how professional it looks to my clients
- It makes it easier for my clients to complete and return than the homegrown document I was previously using
- The only thing I can think of is, when I send out multiple contracts at the same time, I can't tell which one is for which client (I send the documents to me first to fill in specifics on the package they are purchasing). Because of this, I've started sending one at a time, waiting for it to arrive in my inbox, completing it, then sending it off - before starting another contract.
- More professional for my business
- Payment information is secure - clients feel safer providing card information
