Overall Satisfaction with Demandbase
Demandbase is mostly used by our corporate marketing team to place targetted ads on ideal account types. As Business Development reps, we can view account engagement on ads or websites.
- Tracking lead engagement
- Showing which pages leads have visited
- Speed and response time could improve
- If the accounts you upload via CSV do not match to the letter, it will not work.
- Information is important, so knowing which accounts to pursue and which are not engaged has a positive impact on ROI.
- Our ad spend has far outweighed sales results so far, but we have a long sales cycle.
We still use LinkedIn for accounts that Demandbase does not have enough contacts to target. Overall the tracking on engagement is much better on Demandbase.
