Overall Satisfaction with D&B Connect
Territory Management Mainly. But also for account enrich, and contact enrich. We also have started to use the CDP (Visitor Intel) modules. D&B Connect has a ton of features that help research total addressable market based on a vast number of filter criteria. this includes revenue segment, geography, sector, industry, NAICS, as well as internal fields that can get mapped into D&B Connect.
- Relationships between accounts in established - this includes DUNs with Immediate DUNs, as well as Domestic ultimate parent DUNs - this then extends to global ultimate parent DUNs
- Visitor Intelligence - de-anonymizes visitors to your tagged websites. Provides for a way to understand clicks and footfalls within the web pages so that prospecting and customer service can be improved
- Keeps account data real by providing near-real-time enrichment.
- The data is sometimes stale and does not reflect the reality. I found that when contacts leave thier organization, the details are not updated
- we have had some challenges in integrating the several modules with our CRM. also tracking credits across these modules is not intuitive
- Save significant rep time that would otherwise be needed to sift through accounts
- Save time to find contacts - but could be better
