Overall Satisfaction with Copper (formerly ProsperWorks)
What started as just the Sales team, quickly grew to customer support across the org. After researching a literal PANDORA's BOX of CRM solutions out there, my company, as well as a company I consult with, went with Copper. Sales use it to quickly create and update leads and opportunities through our multiple channels of Marketing and Customer Support use it for agreement research, help questions and logging of additional information and to identify potential upsell opportunities.
- Direct integration with Gmail: Simple and seamless integration is the KEY to a productive sales org.
- Ease of use: If it isn't easy to use, no one will touch it no matter how pretty it is.
- Pricing: Cost effective with added bells and whistles.
- Would love a stronger VoIP solution built directly into Copper.
- You can finally rename records in Copper. This was way overdue vs. what other CRMs already allow natively.
- Additional integration support: I think the feedback at times falls on deaf ears for things people need.
- Speed to call leads has increased for us over 32%.
- Opportunities have not fallen through the cracks with collaboration efforts from CS and Sales.
- Saves us time inputting information into just Copper vs. multiple clicks and crappy integrations with other CRMs.
More complete than SugarCRM by a long shot with reporting and ability to seamlessly integrate with ANYTHING at all. Less complicated than Salesforce Lightning from implementation and maintenance but Copper lacks deep customization ability and sheer size. Zoho CRM is a dying CRM in my opinion that, like SugarCRM, fail to innovate or just put new makeup on the same crappy overlay/process. Copper is sleek, easy to use and informative from a data perspective without having a separate certification and HUGE implementation fees attached.

Yes - Love their mobile app functionality. It's slick and easier than any other CRM I have used out there. It's quick and easy to pull data and check accounts. I find myself defaulting to their app frequently. Traveling is easy as well being able to log events, send invites, etc. It's slick and easy to use which makes sales people and operations teams excited.
