Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
ConnectWise Control is what we use to remote into our entire client bases PCs. Its used by the entire organization and is the primary tool we use to help troubleshoot our customers issues.

- File movement from our machines to theirs
- Update the UI for an easier experience
- Give access to background command prompt once logged into the PC
- Easier monitor navigation
- Its allowed us to help our customer out in a timely manner
- Its advanced features allow us to do more than some other remote tools
- It makes our customer feel like we can reach them at any time.
- BeyondTrust Remote Support (Legacy)
ConnectWise Control does a better job with on demand access with our clients PCs, than BeyondTrust. However they have better access when it comes to PCs we dont have anything installed on and need them to go to our website to access their PCs.
