Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT
We use Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT to keep track of alum and their donations to our school. I am an admin so I have full access to the database. The database we were using was very out of date. It has proven very helpful to keep information up to date about our alumni.
- There are tons of classes and the instructors are extremely helpful.
- NXT is very user friendly.
- The community is always available to answer questions and give advice when run into a problem.
- Customer service reps have been very helpful.
- I wish connecting relationships was a bit easier.
- I wish there were more elearning classes with an instructor attached to ask any questions that may come up.
- Sometimes getting on to the database can be difficult because of the outside connection.
