- Managing multiple lists could be better. They have tagging, which has helped with this.
- Good value for the money.
- Make sure you clean your list. You pay for people on your list, regardless of if they're active or not.
- Take the time to understand having separate lists vs using tagging. It can save you a lot of work.
AWeber made it easy to get started. They were priced competitively, but we felt they had better customer support, which is especially important when you are just setting up an email list for the first time, and want to ensure you have the workflow correct.
They also took the time to explain features, as well as use cases, which was very helpful overall when building an email list.
