Overall Satisfaction with AlphaSense
We use AlphaSense as a way to keep track of competitive and customer intelligence. It helps solve the problem of keeping up to date on press releases, new products, new projects, and the patent landscape of the markets. Additionally, it also assists with market research and gaining an understanding of how our products can be utilized and where we could take a second look at playing.

- I think if the dashboards were a little easier to pre-save that would be helpful
- I think if there was a template to work off of for dashboards based on topics or industries that you could then customize that would be extremely helpful
- Stronger strategies for competitive analysis/deeper insights
- Productivity gained when conducting company/industry-specific research
- Broader research publishers that we would not think to have the information we are looking for/checked in the first place
It is extremely helpful in getting up to date data for the industry in which we conduct business in. This industry is constantly changing, and the landscape is always looking different due to policies and regulations as well. I think if it were not for AlphaSense, keeping track of this data would be much more difficult.
