Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work
8x8 is our unified communications solution. As we had an on-premise system, 8x8 addressed the scalability issue we encountered at the beginning of the pandemic. Moving to a cloud-hosted VOIP provider made it easier to continue to provide our services.

- Mobile app very well designed.
- Analytics for non advanced licenses is not user friendly.
- Advanced contact center queue features require advanced licenses.
- Unable to pull report for voicemails.
- Onboarding was streamlined.
- Assignment of desk phones very straight forward.
Pricing, features, and the Gartner Magic Quadrant review were also considered. The platform's multiple reviews were very attractive.
