123ContactForm is being used by the SEO Department at White Hat SEO. We have found that it is easy to implement and easy for clients to make changes. This plugin is also great for clients to be able to access the data that consumers have submitted and apply to their CRM.

I have used several contact form plugins for WordPress, they are superior to 123ContactForm in that they provide more CRM options, but in terms of ease of installation and ease of use 123ContactForm is a better option for non-development website builders, or site owners that might not be as tech-savy.

Yes - This replaced the templated or already installed WIX contact form. 123ContactForm was easy to install, easier to use and provided more features than the previous product.

Product usability was the most important feature. 123ContactForm allowed me to install a product with a lot of great features that I could turn over to the website owner and they could use and manage with little training or support from me.
I would not change it anything, I read reviews and did a lot of research before I installed this product.
