Reviews
(1-25 of 122)- Comprehensive scheduling
- Wholly customizable documentation/templates
- Self-managed billing & claims
- Immediate and competent support available by chat
- Lots of automation for patient contact
- WebPT's self-managed billing solution (Therabill) can be clunky and disorganized
- Service outages do happen about once a month or so for 1-3 hours, with limited functionality
- WebPT's billing department can be slow to respond/fix issues
WebPT Review from a Team Lead
- Alert and flag insurance specific billing requirements
- Customizable templates
- Allowing patient information filled out online to carryover into patient documentation
- Seems to go down or slow down to a crawl at the most inconvenient times.
- Not being able to work out a way for us to collect a supply fee from a patient and apply it to their case without it going into their insurance.
- Not really that user friendly at getting the data we want easily in the reports/analytics
Front Office Review of WebPT
- EDocs
- Lost Patient Report
- Discharge summary
- cancellations
- dragging appointments
- changing cancelled appts
WebPT...the EMR that does it all!
- red alerts for auths and RX ending
- Alerts for KX mods
- Alerts when progress notes are needed
- Being able to see most of the patient information on one screen, so you don't have to toggle back and forth between screens
- Being able to open multiple tabs at once so you can continue working without having to remember which case you were on.
- when looking at a patient's upcoming appointments, I wish there was a way to click on the date within that box that would take you to the date on the calendar so you can make changes.
WebPT has been easy to use!
- Alerting when progress notes/New POC are needed.
- Making it easy to send multiple forms/information to doctors.
- Keeping close track of units and minutes in a session, and having us complete information/details to justify each use of units/codes.
- I like that it carries forward information from previous notes. I also wonder, though, if there could be a more comprehensive "archive" of activities we had done in the past rather than only copying and paste from the previous note.
- I like seeing a few comparisons of my outcome measures--when writing a progress note, I don't just want to see the last measure. Seeing the last 3-4 values from the test would have been helpful to really see different trends.
- Fewer click boxes in the evals would be helpful to keep things moving along at some points. I appreciate the variety offered, but also struggle with how much clicking there is to get through.
Less well suited: seems like a large hospital setting might have a more difficult time with the operations.
Practices with multiple disciplines in it--are PTs and SLPs and OTs all able to document as they need?
WebPT makes patient registration easy!
- place of service designation
- keeps track of the encounter numbers
- alerts us when the patients are approaching their cap
- scheduler does not allow POS
- report numbers are hard to understand without much direction
- outcomes sometimes do not attach
PT With A Difference
- Pro PT
- User Friendly
- Always advancing
- EBV did not work well for us
WebPT warning
- Login is easy
- Documentation templates are somewhat customizable
- They have a scheduling feature.
- The connection between their partner software (Theraplatform) often omits superbills, so unless you're comparing both websites daily, you won't end up submitting all of your claims.
- When you try to switch clearinghouse companies, they turn off your connection to the original clearinghouse prematurely and then piecemeal tasks you need to do before they will start a nre connection.
- Their Zoom platform often won't let clients enter the meeting. In my experience, when you complain about it, they send you the instructions for how to use Zoom rather than investigate the problem.
WebPT Home Exercise Program Review.
- Automatically creates patient profiles from our EMR system.
- Allows quick and easy customization of home exercise programs.
- Allows PT to check on patient compliance with HEP.
- Needs more exercises in the database.
- Exercises need better verbiage for searchability.
- Lacks higher level exercises.
- Some exercise videos are not performed 100% properly.
WebPT has given me time back with my family
- Home Exercise Programs
- Easy of daily notes
- Knowing when a PN is needed
- Transition with MIPS
- More exercises for HEP
- Duality in notes
Not happy.
- Their format and drop down options are convenient
- The layout of the Eval is clear
- The notes are catered for physical therapists.
- Loading time needs to be faster. Its too slow.
- Customer service should be clear and concise.
- Training system needs to be more simple and more efficient.
Customer service is not great. Very bad.
Great product for a great price.
- Customize evaluation form.
- Easy to learn system.
- Customer service.
- Ability to customize from the home exercise program.
- Easier searching for exercises.
- Maybe adding an email customer service option for non urgent questions.
- Scheduling
- Support with chat, phone with person not automated system
- integration with billing
- Carryover of appointment time to documentation/note
WebPT: THE physical therapist's EMR
- User friendly
- Customer Service
- Patient management system
Great product, some glitches
- Ease of use
- Great customer service/support
- No room for pop-up alerts if something is needed for a patient
- Technical issues switching between clinics
From a practice administrator
- scheduling
- patient payments
- counting down visits once notes are in
- documentation
- count down
A really good product - but kind of expensive.
- EASE OF SCHEDULING AND PATIENT REMINDERS.
- DOCUMENTATION IS USER-FRIENDLY.
- SENDS DIRECTLY TO BILLING AND HELPS COMPLIANCE WITH ALL THE RULES.
- I wish the patient reminders didn't cost as much to send, and it would be great to be able to send text messages for any other reason.
- WebPT adds on extras that always seem to cost more - overall, it is kind of expensive.
- I always wish the documentation was quicker - but I'm not sure what else that would take.
All in One platform
- Customizable EMR
- Insurance Billing
- Easy scheduling
- All encompassing system
- Pre-authorization management
- Lack of communication with changes/updates/bugs
- Timeliness of RCM with denials
The RCM is priceless with the way you bill straight from the EMR and easily apply modifier, time codes, and flag denials/mistakes. I would like to see management of some denials come back to us faster, though as our >180 A/R gets fairly high and corrections/addendums are required in this bucket so far down the road.
The scheduling tool is amazing and very easy to use!
Did all that I could do
- Answers questions over the phone well
- Moves from Webb PT to Therabill easily
- Does not work well on my cell phone
- At times as a very long waiting time to get somebody on the phone
Great company to work with
- Easy to use
- Great support team
- Adequate detail
- Too many details on notes pages that don’t apply to one specific therapy
- Unused drop down menus/items on evaluation
- Varying scale of pay for smaller companies

WebPT review
- Ease of use
- Thorough training provided
- Syncs well with Therabill
- I'd like there to be more ability to customize pelvic health templates
- I wish there was a way to customize templates for my Pilates clients
Love using WebPT.
- Customer service.
- Support.
- Clinical Documentation Templates.
- Canceling future appointments in the series without deleting previous appointments.
- Pediatric testing measures in clinical documentation.
WebPT-Overall good product.
- Notifies patients of appointments.
- Keep scheduling of patients.
- Remind of outstanding tasks-notes need to be finished.
- The billing statement that is sent to the patient is different than the one we can print out.
- The invoice sent to the clinic for payment of EMR and other services should be on one statement instead of two.
- Reminders

- Actual online scheduling what they have currently is false advertising f
