- Inbox is sometimes a little clunky or difficult to follow
- Contact warning - wish there was a warning if a contact name was added more than once
- Contact merger - wish we could combine two contacts information if contact was entered twice, etc.
Obviously, it does not work well for students who do not have a cell phone.

- It's always available. On my computer or my phone.

- For the most part the number of words is fine, but sometimes more would be helpful.

- Can bulk add multiple numbers/accounts at once instead of manually uploading them
- Different cost/business options to use as needed. We currently purchase credits as we send out but we could upgrade to monthly charges if we wanted to send more messages out more often.
- Would like to see more options to bulk remove accounts/numbers as HC options change it would be nice to not have to manually remove everyone
- Would like to see more options in terms of how long/short a message can be

- Scheduled delivery: works as it should every time and is SUPER convenient.
- Mass contact upload: I was able to pull a report to excel and it loaded PERFECTLY to ‘Contacts’
- Feedback: if anyone doesn’t get the message, I will know almost immediately.
- The 320 character limit: just a teensy bit more would be perfect! 350??
- The app: it would be SUPER convenient to be able to mass text from the app. As a remote employee with varied hours, I might be away from my computer when asked to send a mass text. Right now, that means going to the website on my phone. It would be much better if I could just click the app and do it
If not needing to send messages to lots of people fairly often, then there’s no need for it. That’s the only scenario I can think of where it would be less appropriate.
