My GoTo Meeting Experience
- It notifies and reminds users of meeting times
- The recordings seem to work well
- Connecting up to start the meeting is generally fast
- Audio - many of my customers cannot use PC audio because their microphones are not recognized
- When I send out a meeting invite from Outlook, the message includes a default link to Teams, so there is much confusion at the time the meeting starts. Most users end up in Teams while I wait in GTM
- The screen share options are quite confusing for my customers. They never know what to share or how to share

My favourite feature is that GoTo Meeting allows for the Pausing of screensharing. When I have to quickly change the screen and carry out activities that the client doesnt need to every step off, it allows my to pause the screen we were last on rather than just showing a blank screen.
It allows for slicker demos.
I think it struggles with recording in places, the meeting creation platform could be improved greatly.

- It has features to help support remote client which is very useful me as IT support.
- It is also secure provide different features like access managment to whom you want to give acess and what type of access you can manage.
- Mobile application missing features available in desktop version.
- UI is simple but little outdated in my opinion and they need to be updated as per the market demand and should utilize AI.
- Customization option is low in compare other tools like backgroup etc. in my opinion.

- When it comes to conference calling, it is rather helpful. And anyone can use it easily enough.
- The audio and video are of excellent quality and are helpful for significant gatherings.

- I would like to see multiple users able to work on same machine during screen sharing. In my experience, during screen sharing, you cannot control your machine while the other person has control. It will be a great feature to allow multiple users control the machine at the same time.
