Sold product and good value
We have used GoTo Meeting for team meetings as well as marketing webinars. It allows for our team members to meet virtually and collaborate on team projects. The webinars allow to present to our contact list and promote our services. The platform also allows us to collect registration information for our webinars.

My GoTo Meeting Experience
We are an SaaS company. Our software is B2B for the food service, PEI and HVAC industries. I use GTM to remote in to end user PCs to troubleshhot software and setup or IT issues. Sometimes we record for future reference. I use GTM because I can use the phone call feature to easily allow for conferencing during the meeting.
- It notifies and reminds users of meeting times
- The recordings seem to work well
- Connecting up to start the meeting is generally fast
- Audio - many of my customers cannot use PC audio because their microphones are not recognized
- When I send out a meeting invite from Outlook, the message includes a default link to Teams, so there is much confusion at the time the meeting starts. Most users end up in Teams while I wait in GTM
- The screen share options are quite confusing for my customers. They never know what to share or how to share

GoTo Use.
We have shifted from using, in my opinion, GoTo because it is clunkier, less friendly than Zoom, and not as fully integrated into things as Teams. We occasionally encounter customers who use GoTo exclusively, so we comply with their requests and use it. As with anything, it can be clunky if you are not used to it.

Outstanding
GoTo Meeting, it's an online meeting platform used extensively in our organization to maintain a proper communication which helps our business to grow. With this, our organization up to date with with any information as we work in a hybrid model. One of it's valuable feature is integrating it with calenders.

Nice meeting.
We use Goto Meeting to set up meetings with our clients in other countries. It is very user-friendly to set up a meeting and block the calendar. I don’t see any lag or disturbance during the meeting. It is easy to record the meeting session and download the entire meeting quickly.

- Meeting disconnects automatically after our scheduled timing, need At least 15 mins buffer time before disconnecting.
We use GoTo Meeting for customer project meetings and bid openings. This allows us to stay in-office instead of driving hours to get to job sites and bid openings. Biggest issue seems to be more to do with the internet service providers than with GoTo Meeting. If the connection isn't good from the service provider, the GoTo Meeting may have audio or video problems.

Fresh Experience With GoTo Meeting
I was invited to a webinar by the US Commerce Department and saw significant upgrades to the system since my last use. The options have been simplified, or better described as ease of use, and more accessible. The options for both the presenter and audience have been improved too. One example is the options for background, including applying a personalize or custom option. The ability to present real time surveys is better than any other platform I have used this year. Lastly the video and sound quality were great, with no distortion.

No Hassle Online Meeting Tool
We use GoTo Meeting as the internal team communication channel. GoTo Meeting is the primarily connecting channel. Even when we need to schedule meeting with our client or people outside our organization we schedule meetings on GoTo only

Sharing my experience with Goto Meeting.
GoTo Meeting has become a key collaboration tool within our one of the small team. No downloads or logins needed for participants, making meetings hassle-free. Available on web browsers and mobile apps, offering a consistent experience which made it easy to join meetings from any device which is near my hand.

One of good online meeting application
It very useful in online video class conducted by our lectures. It is easy to connect to the meeting. Also it manages the members very well. It's interface is very simple to understand because it shows all necessary features in the home screen itself. It is very fast also while connecting to the meeting.

One of the Best Virtual Meeting Software Options :)
I use GoTo Meeting for audio and video meetings with clients. It's easy to set up and schedule a meeting. Typically, my clients do not have any issues accessing the meeting on their end. Although, I usually include that they'll need to download the meeting software ahead of time. GoTo Meeting allows me to virtually meet with clients and share rough drafts of designs to receive feedback and approval. It's easy to share my screen and walk through presentations, website designs, etc.

Simple, Efficient, and Easy to Use
In our organization, we use GoTo Meeting for virtual meetings and collaboration. Goto meeting helps in face the challenge of facilitating seamless communication among our team members, who are dispersed across different locations mainly in the branch. The scope of our use includes internal meetings, client discussions, and collaborative project sessions. GoTo Meeting's UI can be developed to be more user-friendly, i think. Features like screen sharing have proven instrumental in improving overall communication efficiency.

- I also did not find any option to fix the camera angle as it showed me in mirror or flipped way which is weird.

mostly I use this product for official purposes like customer meetings, remote support, and training sessions. it was very good and easy to use. It is smooth and full of various features remote desktop sharing, screen sharing, etc. it also supports various integration to make life easier with its variety of supported extension like calendar, CRM tools etc.

- It is also secure provide different features like access managment to whom you want to give acess and what type of access you can manage.
- Mobile application missing features available in desktop version.
- UI is simple but little outdated in my opinion and they need to be updated as per the market demand and should utilize AI.
- Customization option is low in compare other tools like backgroup etc. in my opinion.

Whether it's for sales and marketing calls/meetings, or for connecting with a customer for a support issue or an implementation - GoTo Meeting is one of several GoTo products we've kept in use at our organization for many years.
- Easily allows users to create and host meetings
- Easy to share screens/content amongst the various participants
- Intuitive design makes remote control and helping customers a breeze
- Needs a file transfer capability that is found in other products, such as GoTo Assist
- Suggest having a step by step visual for the participant logging in, such as found with GoTo Resolve
- It's not a standout application among the GoTo product line - many of this product's features are also found out of the box with GoTo Connect
