Likelihood to Recommend The Stampli tech is very good in processing our transactions and linking to our accounting system. And even for any pain points encountered, we have worked with their tech and customer rep teams (specifically [...]) to promptly resolve the matter in a seamless and pain free way (unlike our previous invoice processing provider).
Read full review The website often crashes as I’m saving an expense and comes up with an error, logging me out. It can be very annoying! It’s really easy to use though and is simple when adding receipts for each expense (easier by phone than website however). After you’ve submitted an expense, the way they show up is strange and they are no longer all under on claim and instead, appear separately which makes it confusing when trying to refer to individual expenses

Global lookup - we have multiple entities which creates a challenge for finding invoices entered in the wrong place. Stampli has removed this issue. Our jobs in the Accounting department (not just AP) have all become more engaging because we've cut out so much mindless, non-value added work: data entry, signing checks, stuffing envelopes, stamping envelopes, etc.
Read full review There doesn't seem to be anything in the market at the same price point that is better, however if there is an interrupter in the market that provides better value, then we would heavily assess the cost of change to see if we should move on to the alternative offering.

The reports have important information and for my users and accountants it has been an easy assimilation tool for people of different ages.Which makes it easy for older users to train new users. It is a great tool and has helped us a lot.

Read full review Support Rating We have a dedicated rep (who was also our implementation rep--they stay with you after implementation) who we can email whenever needed and meet with every quarter. There is a chat option within the software that gets responded to by a real person within minutes.
Read full review The support for the initial setup was great, but since then we have only had to contact support once when we had problems uploading credit card files. The help we received at this time was not good and we ended up trying various things until we resolved the problem ourselves. The online support tutorials are good, but searching for a specific issue is difficult.

We would have benefitted from further training with report generation as well. She did provide a recording of the training, but again, she went through the material very quickly.
Read full review Implementation Rating We lost an AP employee right as we were deciding to implement, so we had to speed up our timeline. We went from signing the contract to fully functional system within 4 weeks. We did not dedicate any more than 4 hours per week during the implementation.

Read full review Alternatives Considered Tipalti was not system friendly to what we needed (syncing with NetSuite) and the implementation process was frustrating. We experienced delays and no responses from their team. Stampli has been the complete opposite! It's user friendly, from approvers to coders, reasonably priced, and their team members are responsive, caring, and genuine in getting you set up for success

Expensify for the best user experience and mobile / desktop being more seamless. It accomplishes the same thing but has a more modern, minimal, and streamlined feel to it.

Read full review Return on Investment The best testament to Stampli is that is has decreased DTP (days to process) by over 3 days. It has transformed invoice approval. No invoices are being sent duplicate times for approval by error. Stampli does a great job at identifying duplicate invoices. Read full review Previously you would have to manually scan expenses using a photocopier and have them signed and then put them in an envelope! Big time saving so Consultants can focus on selling.
