Likelihood to Recommend Prior to working at my current employer, I used other platforms such as Webex and Zoom. ON24 is significantly more user friendly and allows a lot more customization for events. It also has less bugs or technical issues. I would highly recommend that any adult learning spaces be conducted in ON24 over its competitors to guarantee a better client experience
Read full review The OneCause auction platform works well for events of seemingly varying sizes (we are a mid-sized organization, but it seems to scale well). You can run a variety of things within the platform (live auction, silent auction, fund appeal, raffle, etc.), but one should be aware that there are limits to the software and we were forced to worked around these limitations.
Read full review Pros ON24 tech support has been very responsive. When we have struggled to upload some files, they have been quick to respond to the tickets. The tech support team has both uploaded files for us and have also investigated why we were running into the problems. They uncovered an issue with our slide template having links to google elements which was creating a problem. There was another issue I reported that has been validated as a bug and I have been getting weekly emails letting me know that they are still working on fixing the issue. The Knowledge Center offers a wealth of information to help users self-serve and trouble shoot as needs present. ON24 offers frequent webinars about improving engagement, using generative AI, and unveiling significant new updates to the platform. These have all been really helpful. Some of the wording is confusing and there's no option to edit those text boxes. The set-up for the silent auction options is not exactly the easiest to follow for new users. Having some concrete examples or use cases to consult when first setting up would be helpful. It would be great to have a "check for errors" functionality when you're going through the auction set-up. For example, for some reason when our live auction was set up, two items didn't have "Apply Sales Tax" checked and so they got erroneously listed without the sales tax. Given that ALL the other items had sales tax applied, it seems like it should be easy to have something run in the background that flags potential errors for review. Read full review Likelihood to Renew ON24 is everything we expected and everything we needed. It's simple to use, extremely customizable, and scales very easily. The integration to our CRM makes ON24 major lead generator for our sales team from our established webinars series. We can automate lead delivery to our sales team as well. If anything, we will look to expand our partnership in the future.

Read full review Usability 97% of our attendees say it is the best trainings they have every attended. But they other 3% have a horrible experience (while watching the event live) interesting fact. On24 uses two different encoders for live vs OnDemand. I have never had issues with the On-Demand experience. My only complaints come during live events
Read full review I give it this rating because when I first started using OneCause, I was concerned it might be complicated and I could make mistakes that would negatively impact our organization. OneCause's usability has made me feel confident and stress-free in every event we use it for because it is easy to use.

Our client support specialist, Heather Haines, has always been incredibly consistent with getting me the answers I need when I need them.

Read full review Performance Loading depends on how large the files in the webinar for us - sometimes it takes up to an hour to upload and that impacts the loading when the webcast is playing. Overall I'm happy with the performance, however if integrated with other systems it does tend to slow down the process

Read full review Support Rating ON24 support is really good with the 24/5 support chat line, where someone actually responds within 30 seconds. The customers success team is also really good and our rep is very helpful with all our questions. Whenever we have more technical questions, she will bring on a IT designer or a tech specialist on our calls for additional comments and help.
Read full review They have a fantastic tech support team who typically responds to your questions and concerns within minutes. They are available for emails, phone calls, and have also created videos that walked me through my problems. When you initially get started with their peer2peer platform, they provide you with a consultant whose job is to walk you through setting up your first campaign. You al so receive a specific to you Customer Success Manager who is there for any and all questions and will help you until you find the answers needed!

I would highly reccomend the trainings and reading the documents they have created. They also do live webinars on a rolling basis that are filled with so much knowledge and Information

Read full review Implementation Rating We had a few training's, which were broken up, and focused on specific areas of how to use the platform. Mostly though, a lot of it is just dedicating your time to learning and exploring what the possibilities are for enhancing your webinars
Read full review I don't know if my insights are key but I can say that implementation was done in-house without any outside support for the solution. The staff influencing the solution had very little technical expertise and ability as well which showed just how easily the software was to implement.
Read full review Alternatives Considered ON24 is an overall immersive client experience. Our firm values the ability to completely brand each element of the event, from registration, email communication and the full event console. We also find the Certification tool to be instrumental in our continuing legal education course catalog program. Without ON24's tracking behind the scenes for us, we'd be issuing certifications manually

Givebutter - I absolutely LOVE
Givebutter , so simple to use, but it does not offer an auction component and we didn't want to have 2 different systems to use.
Classy - this platform seemed nice but extremely pricy and we still had to do "add-ons". We could not afford it. We went with OneCause in the end because of the simplicity, and training provided and wanted to give the product a try over sticking with
GiveSmart . We are so happy to have made the switch.
Read full review Scalability We have been hosting a variety of types of webinars on On24, everything from simulive to live and interactive Q&A to more formal presentations. We are still in the process of determining which webinars work the best for our leads, but enjoy the trial and error process and the options are limitless!

Each year we've experienced growth with not only the funds raised but also in the improvement of the event execution. We've learned a tremendous amount for in-person fundraising success through the OneCause team and that has led us to explore virtual and campaign options. The onsite event support has proven so valuable to our event success we have begun budgeting to have that same level of support at all our in-person events.
