Google Meet, formerly Hangouts Meet, replaces the former Google Hangouts as the company's G Suite integrated web conferencing tool, allowing users to join meetings directly from a Calendar event or email invite from a computer, phone, or conference room. G Suite's Enterprise edition also creates a dial-in phone number for each meeting, as an additional convenience.

Google Hangouts Meet has integration with other Google Workspace products which stands as a unique feature [compared to] any other software available in the market. Also, it provides high data security with Google's data storage security. Zoom requires high internet …

Each product has its own pros and cons for example we cannot use the previously mentioned product for quick meetings because it's a bit complicated than Google hangout means so we tend to rely on each product depending on the scenario/condition that we will be facing, for …
The decision was easy to make, although Google Hangouts Meet, Skype and Zoom met the initial objective, we were inclined to choose Google Hangouts Meet because it not only does a much better job, it is easy to use, it's secure, and guarantees confidentiality in all connections, …
Well we switched from Zoom because of paying issue. While Google Hangouts Meet is almost free there zoom needs extra charge to long meetings. And Zoom couldn’t meet up our common interests while meeting with foreign clients always. Performing Zoom meetings with phone isn’t …
The price will always stand out, as it's cheaper than the other software out there for small meetings (less than 100 participants). The connection to the servers is great as expected The features are not really the best of Google Hangouts Meet for teaching kinesthetic learners, …
The user interface of Google Hangouts Meet is very simple among all of the similar tools. There is some lack of functionality in Google Hangout Meet as compare to Zoom like one-one chatting, screen access. We require just a few clicks to join or start meeting, where other tool …
As stated before we prefer Zoom. It has more features and our staff has simply grown used to Zoom and prefers this platform. Zoom continues to innovate almost every month. Our Zoom rep is very good and responsive. We tested Google Hangouts Meet after using Zoom and decided to …
The main positive feature in Google Meet over Zoom to me is the fact that Google meet can be seamlessly deployed in the browser with its full functionality. Unlike Zoom for which you need to download an extra application to use. This consequently makes workflow smooth when …
Our firm's requirements matches the features and plans of Google Hangouts Meet. In fact, Zoom has more capability but we are a small team so Google Meet is our best option. We still use Zoom for webinars where there will be around 100 attendees and 2/3 speakers. For the day to …
All of the above perform about the same. I would probably say that the audio and the video quality is probably superior to the other apps. Also, integration with other social media platforms is superior.
I think it is the best option, personally. Zoom is a little more well known, I think but Google Hangouts Meet is so much more user friendly. As a company, we used to use Join.me, and I feel like it was glitchy and complicated to get clients on the platform. Google Hangouts Meet …
Google Meet is about the same level of convenience and I use it like Skype and BlueJeans for my needs and my subscription levels. Zoom and Microsoft Teams (which we subscribe to as well) have much better features for our educational use cases like classrooms.
Zoom is way lighter than MS Teams - especially on Mac ecosystem. Participants management is also more clear on Zoom. Zoom handles numerous participants on the call better than Google Meet. Zoom does not require dedicated account to log in (unlike Google Meet or MS Teams).
With Zoom, the audio and video quality surpasses the quality of Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. The biggest benefit of Zoom is screen share. You can select which tabs you want to show your audience and once your screen is shared, you can still view the video of others in the …

The only reason why my company uses Zoom is because the company-wide meeting is too large to continue using Google Meet. Thankfully, this is not often.
Google Meet doesn’t feel as professional to me as Zoom Workplace and Teams feels like it has the least features of all. I think overall that Zoom Workplace is better than both though Google Meet is a cost effective alternative.
Zoom Workplace tends to just work. Whereas we've had issues with Google Meet with video call quality and performance. With Microsoft Teams, it has been slow to launch, and we've seen a number of IT help tickets for Teams in comparison to Zoom Workplace. Teams appears to be less …
There was some pressure to use Google Meet as it is included in our Google Workspace account. We found the meeting quality to be, in our opinion, subpar and Google Meet did not have the VOIP phone plan that Zoom Workplace has. Microsoft Teams would have involved another …
I always used Microsoft Teams and I have had issues with my connection, backgrounds, and even audio quality not working well with my drivers. I switched to Zoom Workplace not only because I did not have a Microsoft license at some point, but also do try these features that …
We have had Zoom since before the big C. it has always been very user friendly and quite easy to use and train. It has many of the same features as other apps, though we may not use them all. they are all present it seems.
Zoom Workplace app is very convenient to use at same time very user friendly as well. It can be easily deployed to any device with both Andriod and iOS operating system. When it comes to Zoom Workplace meeting is more budget friendly as well as robust compared to the options I …
I think Zoom Workplace has the most user friendly UI. We use Zoom Workplace in conjunction with Google hangouts, mostly due to the cost of Zoom Workplace is high for a start up company to grant full access to everyone.
Best features are available for free of cost. it is well suited for our business and all, so we opt this as our primary source

Zoom offers more control over settings and has an easier interface for admin-level data management. You can access all settings, accounts, and recordings, in one place.
One of the best thing which differentiates Zoom with any other competitor is its Features and Quality. It beats others always. Actually, I'm using Zoom since 2020 and I feel in comparisons of any thing like features and Quality, Zoom performs well than others. According to me …
Zoom is way better in video conferencing, desktop sharing and stability. Also having the ability to create rooms, so you can divide your team during the meeting to work on several projects is great! Also for me to be able to draw in order to explain or highlight on desktop …
