Likelihood to Recommend Demandbase is a must have at our company. From an advertising standpoint it has allowed us to scale our ABM strategies and exceed benchmarks in our display ads. Our sales users are spending less time researching accounts and more time selling as Demandbase makes it easy for them to get alerted when accounts are showing intent and engagement with our business. I'm looking forward to the release of the multiple account journey product update, which will allow us to see how accounts are engaging with our other product areas and where we are missing the mark with engaging with those accounts who may be showing buyer signals with a particular GTM

ADS . For example, we have a client in the welding industry that sells products to multiple fairly small audiences, like welding schools. We can create and target these small audiences by combining ABM audiences, uploaded lists, and browsing behavior based on contextual terms.

Ad Targeting and budgeting is very concise, the platform tells you how much reach and spend you can expect for each campaign. The engagement is rated in "minutes" while that's not really what is being scored. It's a little confusing as to how their engagement is scored. Overall happy with the product Read full review There has been occasional slopping maintenance of the campaigns, and we have to follow up with questions about spending spikes or significant changes in delivery CPMs. Account rep knowledge can sometimes be lacking. When we question our reps about performance, we sometimes get confusing or nonsensical answers. The reporting UI is definitely clunky and unintuitive. Read full review Likelihood to Renew We expect to see good success in creating personalized experiences using Demandbase. This has allowed us to create industry specific visitor site experience as well as account specific site experience. This is expected to lead to higher conversion on the site. Therefore, we are very much likely to continue to use it.

Read full review Usability Demandbase does have a learning curve, but once you get into it, the platform becomes very easy to use overall. I had a couple of sessions with our reps to have training sessions. After I was established, the only time I need help is with updates to the platform.

Read full review Support Rating I don't deal a whole lot with the customer support, focused more on the use of it but from my experience, it's been fine. They've replied to my issues in a timely manner, never more than a day. The advertising team might be another story but I can't speak directly to that.

We also leverage in-platform advertising a lot for our targeted account approach and Demandbase has an exceptional platform for this use case. Traffic exceeded our forecast. Excellent management of our budget. We did not spend near as much as we budgeted for the response we received through our test. The lead conversion was not expected to be high due to the type of content we deployed, but we received zero conversions, well below anticipated when compared to other ads for the same content.
