It's great to have such a tool in your closet as a UX designer or else it's hard to find those pain points. The tool was very helpful in finding weak points at specific sites, collecting data, and presenting it to show the severity of the issue. Additionally, it revealed unnoticed errors and inconsistencies and contributed to quick fixes.

Interana is best suited for companies with large customer bases and many data points. Behavioural modeling is key and if you need any type of insight this tool is great for that.

CUX.io has a really clean UI that was easy to use and a good fit for what we needed. It combined features that we had from other products and was well-geared towards automating the type of analysis that we were interested in. It also had great customer support that really helped us to get started without any hurdles.
